I spent my Saturday at the Scottsdale Stadium cheering on my favorite team – the San Francisco Giants! It was a perfect day for spring training – about 80 degrees and full of sunshine. I could barely wait for the first crack of the bat!

Picked up a lemonade to wash down the dog from my favorite vendor, Derrick Moore. "Lemonade, lemonade, just like Grandma made!" - he's been keepin' the fans full and happy for 17 years at the Scottsdale Stadium.

The highlight of my day? - The Beard! I was so close I could almost touch it! I hear there's some pretty cool stuff hidden there.
If you liked this post, I think you’ll enjoy my others! Check them out on my Homepage, or on the “Best of Bunny” link at the top. I love you all, loyal bunny fans!
Entertaining as always Bunny…could have done without the gross looking “puppy!”
It wasn’t as icky as it looked… promise!
Hey…Bunny! What’s up with letting the lemonade guy hang you by your ears like that? O-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-uch!
He was pretty gentle.
Looks like a great day. I’ve kept some pretty sweet stuff in my beard so I can only imagine what is in his…
You’re not supposed to admit to it! Ickyyyyy
(chuckle)
Oh you’re such a cutie!

Thanks Mizrhi – hope to see you again soon. Xo, Bunny
Love this! What a great site. My kids will think this is great after having carried their stuffed animals around for years on their many adventures. Congrats on being Freshly Pressed!

Spring training is my favorite time of year – the promise of a new, better, more-winning season. Love all your great photos!
You were SO CLOSE to “the beard.” My heart skipped a beat, just imagining how it would feel to live in your bunny body for just a day so close to “the beard”…
😉
It was pretty rad! it’s always bigger in person than I think it is… I wonder what kind of shampoo he uses? It’s always so voluminous…
Yay ! The boys of summer have arrived, my teams open in just acouple days ! (Very cute blog thing you have here!)
Thanks, MJ! Best of luck to you and your favorite teams. Xo, Bunny

Tee, baseball is my favorite! Xo, Bunny
I just blogged something similar about Phillies Spring Training in Clearwater. I am not the biggest sports fan but it was cool to see a team that normally sells out Citizens Bank Park with a crowd of only ten thousand. And for everyone who is of legal human drinking age, Victory Brewing is there to teach Floridians about that good Northern beer. Check it out at http://unnecessarywords.com/2012/03/31/phillies-spring-training-reviewed/ if you’d like a non-sports fan’s take on a sports fan’s dream vacation.
I’m so happy to hear that you enjoyed your time at the field, even though you’re not a fan – your blog is great! Thank you for sharing. Love, Bunny
Congrats on the honor of being Freshly Pressed! And I love the subject matter – Baesball! Spring is in the air…and baseball is bringing it in! 🙂

This is AWESOME! Spent the weekend in Cave Creek and Tempe visiting friends and going to the Angels v. Cubs spring training game on Sunday. Took Jake the Bear on our adventure as well. We are still in discussion with Jake about him getting his own blog, but he is a very busy bear…ha ha ha. Can’t wait to see more of Bunny’s adventures!
I love Cave Creek – and I know Tempe well, my Mimi went to ASU, and I got to hang out with her in the dorm. So glad you were able to check out a game while you were in town. Do you think Jake the Bear and I would be friends? He seems nice. Maybe see him soon? <3, Bunny

Have you read Nancy Athertons’s Aunt Dimity’s mysteries? Reginald (stuffed rabbit) plays a huge role in all the mysteries.
I like the San Francisco Giants too.
Come on San Francisco Giants!
Me too me too! <3, Bunny
